How We Review: Seven Disclosure Checks and Their Limits

TAYA365 mostly writes about one game. When an operator has to be mentioned, the same seven checks are applied each time, and this page is where they are written down so that readers can hold the site to them. TAYA365 is an independent guide, not a casino. It takes no deposits and runs no games. 21+.

The principle

An outside guide can read documents; it cannot see inside a business. Everything below follows from that. The checks ask whether an operator has put the important facts in writing where a player can find them before paying in. They do not ask whether the operator is 'good', because that is not a question a reader of public pages can answer.

The seven checks

  1. Licence disclosure. Is a corporate entity named, and does that entity, with this domain, appear on PAGCOR's published list?
  2. Payment rails. Does the cashier name the rails it uses, such as GCash, Maya, InstaPay and PESONet, and state its own limits and charges?
  3. Terms clarity. Are wagering, game weighting, maximum bet under bonus, expiry and any win cap all in the promotion's terms rather than scattered?
  4. KYC rules. Is the player told which documents are needed and at what point, before a withdrawal is requested?
  5. Complaint route. Is there a written internal dispute process and a pointer to the regulator?
  6. Responsible-gaming tools. Can a player set deposit limits, take a time-out and self-exclude without having to argue with support?
  7. Support and app distribution. Are contact channels inside the operator's own site, and is the origin of any app stated honestly?

How each check is recorded

OutcomeMeaningHow it is worded on the site
DisclosedThe information is published and was read on the date shownStated plainly, with the place it was found
Partly disclosedSome of it is published, or it is hard to findDescribed with the missing part named
Not disclosedNothing was found in the public pagesReported as not found; never guessed
Cannot be checkedOnly the operator's internal systems could confirm itLeft out, with a note to read the cashier page

What sits outside our reach

  • Actual withdrawal times for any player. Those are set by the operator; check its cashier page.
  • Fees, minimums and bonus amounts as they stand today. The site does not print these as operator facts.
  • Game fairness on a given platform. A published RTP comes from the provider; an outside guide cannot audit a deployment.
  • How support behaves in a dispute.
  • Whether a look-alike domain using a brand name belongs to the licensed entity.

Where one of these matters to a decision, the page says so and stops, without filling the space with a guess.

Commercial disclosure

Links leaving TAYA365 may be partner links, and the site may be paid when a reader signs up through one. No payment alters what is written. Operators are not shown drafts, cannot buy the removal of a 'not disclosed' finding, and are not ranked against each other. A reader can use every page of the guide without following a single link.

Why no rating appears

Scores compress unknowns into false precision. A '9.2' suggests somebody measured payout reliability; nobody outside the operator did. Lists of 'top' casinos have the same problem with an added commercial incentive. The disclosure table above is less exciting and more honest.

Keeping it current

Pages show the date they were last modified. Operator terms move faster than any guide, so where this site and an operator's own page disagree, the operator's page is the one that governs your account. Mistakes reported to the site are corrected and the date updated.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you play at the operators you describe?

This site makes no claims of testing or personal payouts. It reports what is published.

Can an operator pay to be described more favourably?

No. Partner arrangements, where they exist, do not change wording or findings.

Why should I trust a disclosure check over a rating?

Because you can repeat it yourself in a few minutes on the operator's own pages and on the regulator's list.

Before You Choose an Operator

Compare PAGCOR-licensed operators, read the bonus terms and set a budget before you deposit.
